Thursday, April the 20^th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

(Students starting Preschool must be four years old on or before September 1^st)

(Students starting Kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 1^st)

Things to Bring:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Shot Record  (immunization record)
3. CDIB Card
4. Social Security Card
